SESAME BUTTER (1/2 cup)
¾ stick unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons minced chives or scallions (green onions)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.
- Cook corn in a large pot of boiling water until crisp tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to butter mixture and toss.
