SUGARED WALNUTS (about 2 cups)

1 egg white
1 pound walnut halves
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1. Preheat oven to 225*.
2. Beat egg white with 1 tablespoon water, and dip the nuts into it. Roll them in the mixed sugar, salt and cinnamon. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
3. Let cool completely, and store in the refrigerator.
