HARISSA (the powdered form, a few tablespoons)

2 teaspoons ground coriander
1-1/2 teaspoons ancho chile powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight jar or container.
