HORSERADISH MUSTARD (½ cup)
Perfect with corned beef and cabbage.
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons grainy mustard
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh horseradish (optional)
coarse salt and ground pepper
- In a small bowl, stir together Dijon mustard, grainy mustard and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
