SMOKED PAPRIKA MAYONNAISE

Smoked paprika comes in three strengths, sweet (used in this recipe), bitter sweet and hot.

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon medium-dry Sherry

¼ teaspoon sweet Spanish smoked paprika

1. In a bowl whisk together all mayonnaise ingredients.
