MARMALADE SAUCE

MARMALADE SAUCE (1 cup)

Shrimp, fried, beer battered shrimp, fruit sauce 3 Shrimp, fried, beer battered shrimp, fruit sauce 4

 

¾ cup orange marmalade

4 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons orange juice

2 teaspoons fresh horseradish, grated (or use prepared)

½ teaspoon powdered ginger

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon dry English mustard (optional)


  1. Combine the orange marmalade, lemon juice, and orange juice in the blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add the horseradish, powdered ginger and salt.  If desired, add dry English mustard.
