GARLIC OIL

GARLIC OIL (½ cup)

 

Condiments, oils, garlic oil 1 Condiments, oils, garlic oil 2

½ cup olive oil

6 garlic cloves, pressed


  1. Combine olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.  (Can be prepared 2 days in advance and kept refrigerated.)  Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before using.  Use on pizzas, bruschetta, etc.
