LA DAME BLANCHE (Belgian hot fudge sundaes, 1 sundae)
premium vanilla ice cream
chocolate fudge sauce
For the chocolate fudge sauce:
one 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla
- In a saucepan over medium low heat stir milk and chocolate together until chocolate is melted and sauce is thick and warm. Be careful not to scorch. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- In a pretty glass, place two scoops vanilla ice cream. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Serve hot fudge sauce on the side.
NOTE: For a dark lady use chocolate ice cream and for a green lady use pistachio.
