SNOW PEA AND CARROT SAUTE (for four)
1 pound fresh snow peas
1 tablespoon butter
2 medium carrots, julienned
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons honey
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1.In a large skillet, saute snow peas in butter for 3 minutes.
2. Add carrots and garlic and continue to saute for 1 to 2 minutes longer or until the vegetables are crisp.
3. Add honey, salt and pepper and heat through. Serve immediately.
