VINAIGRETTE THAI-STYLE (1-1/4 cups)

½ cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons fish sauce (nam pla)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup vegetable oil
- Whisk lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Add oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly.
