CHIPOTLE COCKTAIL SALSA (for four)

½ cup purchased medium salsa (Green Mountain Gringo is a good one)
¼ cup bottled ketchup
1 tablespoon prepared white horseradish
½ tablespoon (or more) chopped canned chipotle chiles in adobo
1 tablespoon lemon juice
chopped fresh cilantro for garnish
1. Mix first three ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix in ½ tablespoon chilies. Taste, adding more chilies if spicer flavor is desired. (Salsa can be made 1 day ahead and chilled, its surface covered directly with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.) Add lemon juice, sprinkle cilantro over salsa and serve.
