MAYONNAISE AND TOMATO COCKTAIL SAUCE (about 1-2/3 cups)

1 cup ketchup

2/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons drained bottled horseradish

Tabasco to taste

salt to taste

 


1. In a bowl whisk together all ingredients with salt to taste. (Sauce can be made 1 day ahead and chilled, its surface covered directly with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.)
