ORANGE COCKTAIL SAUCE

ORANGE COCKTAIL SAUCE (about 1 cup)

¾ cup ketchup

¼ teaspoon finely grated fresh orange zest

¼ cup fresh orange juice

1 to 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

3 tablespoons drained bottled white horseradish

¼ teaspoon Tabasco (or a splash of harissa)


  1. Stir the ingredients together until well combined. (Sauce can be made one day ahead and chilled, its surface covered directly with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming.)
