ORANGE HARD SAUCE

1-½ cups powdered sugar

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature

2 tablespoons brandy

1 teaspoon grated orange peel


 

1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to blend well (Can be made 4 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before serving.)
