ROASTED BEEF SANDWICHES WITH WATERCRESS AND HORSERADISH MAYONNAISE

leftover roasted beef tenderloin, sliced thin

mayonnaise blended with hot horseradish, either prepared or fresh

watercress, washed and spun dry

soft rolls, toasted

 


 

Spread both halves of the toasted rolls with horseradish mayonnaise. Pile with thinly sliced beef and top with the watercress.
