HONEY SAGE RAISIN BUTTER

½ pound butter, softened
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons raisins
1-1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
1. Thoroughly cream the butter. Beat in the honey, then beat in the raisins and sage. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
