ROSEMARY, GARLIC AND BLACK PEPPER BUTTER
½ pound butter, softened
2 tablespoons rosemary needles
½ tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
salt to taste
1. Thoroughly cream the butter. Beat in the rosemary needles, garlic, and pepper, then season to taste with salt.
