SESAME BUTTER

SESAME BUTTER (for corn on the cob)

¾ stick unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

2 tablespoons minced chives or scallions (green onions)

2 teaspoons sesame oil

2 teaspoons soy sauce

freshly ground black pepper to taste

 


 

1. Stir all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.

2. Cook corn in a large pot of boiling water until crisp tender, 3 to 5 minutes. Transfer to butter mixture and toss.
