GREEN TEA ICE CREAM FLOAT (one)

2 scoops matcha green tea ice cream

½ cup brewed matcha green tea, chilled

¼ to ½ cup ginger ale

1.   Add ice cream scoops to a tall glass.  Pour green tea and ginger ale over the ice cream.
