TROPICAL FRUIT SALAD WITH LIME JUICE AND JALAPENO (for six)
1 ripe mango
1 ripe banana
1 ripe papaya
6 tablespoons lime juice (about 3 limes)
3 diced red and/or green jalapeno chile peppers
a generous dash of dark rum
- Peel all the fruits and cut them into ½ inch cubes.
- In a large, decorative bowl, combine the fruits with the lime juice and jalapenos and mix well. Add a splash of rum.
