ITALIAN-STYLE VINAIGRETTE (about ½ cup)
Marcella would not approve of this pre-mixed dressing, but there are times when dressing a salad at table is not possible….
2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1.Whisk together vinegar, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then add oil in a slow stream, whisking until emulsified.
