BOURBON GINGER BEER ICE CREAM FLOATS (from Bourbon & Branch, a noted San Francisco bar, for one)

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

2 ounces bourbon whiskey

ginger beer (not ginger ale) as needed

 


 

1.Place ice cream in a chilled beer mug. Add the bourbon and top with ginger beer. Serve immediately.
