TRADITIONAL TABBOULEH SALAD

TRADITIONAL TABBOULEH SALAD (with bulgur, for four)

½ cup bulgur wheat

2 cups chopped fresh parsley

1 cup chopped tomato

¼ cup chopped red onion

3 tablespoons lemon juice

3 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon kosher salt

 


 

1.Cover the bulgur with water by several inches in a large bowl and let stand for 30 minutes. Drain well and return to the bowl. Add parsley, tomato, onion, lemon juice, oil and salt. Toss to combine and serve.
