PICO DE GALLO (about 2-1/2 cups)

1 pound plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 cup chopped onion
6 tablespoons (packed) chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1-1/4 tablespoons minced, seeded jalapeno chiles
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to blend well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Let stand at least 30 minutes for flavors to develop.
