SPICY SAUTEED CELERY (for four)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 large bunch celery, cut into 2 inch pieces
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Add celery and cook, stirring occasionally, until crisp tender, 6 minutes. Add red pepper flakes and season with salt.
