2 medium green bell peppers, diced
½ medium yellow onion, quartered
½ cup water
3 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded
3 fresh habanero peppers, seeded
1 teaspoon salt

1. In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend to a creamy consistency. Add a little more water if needed. Taste for seasoning. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Use as a dip for plantain chips or pita chips or to accompany chicken, steaks or seafood.
