JAPANESE FLAVORED BARBECUE SAUCE (about ¼ cup)

¼ cup hoisin sauce
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1-1/2 teaspoons minced ginger
juice of 1 orange
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Keeps, covered and refrigerated, for up to 3 weeks.
