GUINNESS STOUT ICE CREAM FLOATS (6 dessert servings)
The bar order “Guinness and Black” combines Irish stout with a shot of blackberry brandy. That drink is the inspiration for this float.
2 pints super premium vanilla ice cream
6 tablespoons blackberry brandy
4 chilled 12 ounce bottles of Guinness
1. Divide ice cream among 6 (sixteen ounce) glasses, then add 1 tablespoon brandy to each. Slowly pour 8 ounces stout into each glass.
