We’ve acquired this assortment of French bamboo handled stainless flatware from various sources over the years.  The serving pieces are from Scof (the Societe de Coutellerie et d’ Orfevrerie Francaise), which was founded in 1726 in the Thiernoise region of France.  Scof describes its products as “a perfect synthesis of old-fashioned manufacturing processes and the latest production techniques.” The company produces them entirely in their own workshops.
